CHOWA GIKEN Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to protecting its information assets, as well as the information assets entrusted to us by our customers, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime. 5. Response to Violations and Incidents

The Company will appropriately respond to any violations of laws, contracts, or incidents related to information security and will strive to prevent recurrence.
